Role Description

Project Management

• Manage customer projects from onboarding through completion and post-delivery support
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with customers
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or outcomes
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Manage change requests and ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment

Customer Support & Client Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and status updates to customers
• Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable project requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in client support, customer success, or project management roles
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects and stakeholder relationships
• basic knowledge of digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
