Job Description : 1.Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors. 2.Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to support the sales process. 3.Arrange and coordinate property viewings and walk-ins. 4.Schedule and confirm meetings between clients and sales executives. 5.Maintain and update the lead database with detailed information. 6. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities. Key Skills Required : 1 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2 Ability to handle objections and convince potential buyers. 3 Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.). 4 Good organizational and multitasking abilities. 5 Prior experience in real estate or tele calling is an added advantage. 6 Fluency in (Hindi, Marathi and English ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your current salary ?
