We are looking for enthusiastic and sports-driven freshers who are keen to build a career in the sports industry. This role is ideal for candidates who have played sports at a school, state, or national level, or who have studied sports management and want hands-on exposure to sports events, client coordination, and operations.

The role involves supporting client servicing, assisting in event execution, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of sports-related projects.

Client & Stakeholder Support

• Assist senior team members in coordinating with clients, coaches, athletes, and partners.
• Understand client requirements and event objectives related to sports tournaments, leagues, camps, or activations.
• Support client communication through emails, calls, and meeting coordination.
• Help maintain positive client relationships by ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.

Sports Event & Project Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of sports events, tournaments, training programs, and activations.
• Assist in preparing event schedules, checklists, and coordination plans.
• Be involved in on-ground execution, athlete coordination, and venue management when required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, creative, and production teams.

Operations & Documentation

• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic reports for clients.
• Maintain event-related documentation, participant data, and feedback records.
• Assist in post-event reporting and collecting feedback from clients or participants.

Learning & Growth

• Learn about sports event planning, sponsorships, branding, and fan engagement.
• Stay updated with sports trends, formats, leagues, and athlete management practices.
• Actively participate in brainstorming ideas for sports events and engagement activities.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong interest and passion for sports and the sports ecosystem.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sports events, tournaments, or athlete life cycles.
• Willingness to work on-ground, weekends, and extended hours during events.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Team player with a disciplined and energetic mindset (sports background preferred).

Technical & Software Skills (Basic Knowledge Preferred):

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or presentation tools (added advantage)
• Familiarity with social media and sports content is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers from sports management institutes, sports science colleges, or physical education backgrounds.
• Former or current athletes, players, or sports enthusiasts.
• Candidates who understand teamwork, discipline, pressure handling, and performance mindset.
