Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team at AdverGrow Solutions, a dynamic digital marketing agency serving a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are managed, and client satisfaction remains high.If you are an organised communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in client relationship management, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Understand client goals, campaigns, and business needs to deliver proactive solutions and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including campaign managers, designers, and strategists to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to clients on using digital marketing tools, reviewing reports, and understanding performance metrics.
  • Respond to client queries professionally via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and proposals that showcase the impact of campaigns.
  • Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services that align with client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and project updates.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights to help improve services and processes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience

    in client servicing, account management, customer support, or a similar role ideally in digital marketing, advertising, or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid media, social media management, SEO, and analytics.
  • Experience working with B2B clients or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when managing client expectations and feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
