Client Services Intern

As part of our high-performing team in the real estate industry, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Business Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and client needs. - Client Relationship Management - Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions. - Coordinate between clients and developer management teams. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. - Administrative & Reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities. - Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on sales performance. In addition to the key responsibilities, the job entails: - Frequent travel within the Western region. - Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and property viewings. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree. - Strong English communication skills - verbal and written. - Excellent client-handling skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. - Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. - Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.,
