Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and maintaining a high level of client service. The role will also involve managing client documentation and assisting with the implementation of financial plans. Qualifications Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and maintaining strong business relationships Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address client financial needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
