🚀 We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Intern

Client Servicing Intern

What you’ll do:

✅ Communicate with clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their needs and resolve concerns.

✅ Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

✅ Collaborate with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Managers, as well as the technical team, to deliver solutions.

✅ Share regular updates with senior management.

✅ Manage client social media handles (based on project scope).

✅ Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly reports.

What we’re looking for:

✨ Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

✨ Good with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

✨ Analytical mindset and good presentation skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

🔹 Understanding of SEO, SMM, SMO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Accounts.
