Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively handle client relationships and provide excellent support.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles and ability to address client needs with a focus on delivering value.
• Basic knowledge of Finance or willingness to learn, enabling support for budget tracking and project alignment.
• Collaborative mindset and organizational skills, with a commitment to learning and contributing to the success of a variety of projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed) is a plus.
