Client Service Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Assist with check-ins, registrations, and basic onboarding procedures.
  • Support in answering phone calls and responding to member queries.
  • Provide accurate information about membership plans, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the front desk and reception area.
  • Help manage appointment schedules for personal training and trial sessions.
  • Assist in resolving minor customer issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the sales, operations, and training teams for smooth member service.
  • Support in organizing member engagement activities and events.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.
