Inside Sales Internship

We are looking for a confident and energetic Inside Sales Intern to handle incoming leads for our client project. The primary responsibility will be to call potential customers, share project details, answer queries, and schedule site visits.

Note: This is a 3 months Internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads received from online portals, ads, and social media.
• Clearly communicate project details, pricing, and location benefits to prospective customers.
• Answer queries and build rapport with potential buyers.
• Schedule and confirm site visits.
• Coordinate with the on-ground team to ensure smooth visit experience.
• Maintain lead status and follow-up records on CRM/Excel.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (and basic English).
• Confidence in handling calls and engaging with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
