Inside Sales Internship

As an intern at our company, your role will involve the following day-to-day responsibilities: - Utilize your time effectively to search for data and build qualified contacts or leads based on the organization's parameters. - Perform thorough research to build a continuous pipeline of qualified leads. - Make multiple outbound calls to assigned clients. - Develop opportunities through research, market analysis, influencing and relationship-building skills, and providing technical information to prospects. - Ensure qualified appointment setting between the right party contact and the account or client personnel. - Take all necessary steps to ensure that set-up appointments are completed by sending timely reminders through voicemails, emails, or calls. - Constantly analyze and improve methods to increase conversations and conversions. - Actively participate in organizational training and initiatives. - Maintain work hygiene and quality through punctuality and personal leave management. - Comply with all organizational policies, maintain the highest levels of integrity, and adhere to the organization's code of conduct. - Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges, and able to deliver sales targets. - Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office. - Familiarity with current market and technology trends. - Excellent English writing, verbal communication, and convincing skills are required. Additionally, the following qualifications are a must: - Proficiency in English language (written and oral). - Motivation for sales. - Ability to constantly innovate and come up with new ideas. - Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
