The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support across multiple channels, including phone calls, ticketing and WhatsApp for overseeing logistics operations (First Mile, Line Haul, and Last Mile) for B2B/B2C pickups & deliveries across India.
> Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
> Responsible for customer escalation handling on calls and mails.
> Monitor and manage customer tickets to ensure follow-ups and closure within the specified timelines.
> Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns effectively.
> Maintain performance reports and provide updates to management.
> Experience in customer service in logistics industry for 1-4 years.
> Knowledge of First Mile, Line Haul, and Last Mile processes.
> Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
> Problem-solving and time management skills.
> Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and experience using CRM tools.
> Graduation from any stream.
