Client Service Manager

Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Manager in this role, you will act as the bridge between the client and the execution team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the account performs well and that the work is carried out according to the agreed scope without any issues. You will need to focus on identifying growth opportunities and conducting regular performance measurements. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a strong rapport with clients, set appropriate expectations, and provide daily MIS reports to clients - Conduct competition and competition analysis - Act as the go-to person for queries related to account handling and digital marketing deliverables - Provide clients with innovative ideas and keep them informed about new digital marketing strategies and competitor analysis - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders/services, including briefing creative teams like animators, visualizers, content writers, and social marketers - Maintain reports for smooth business flow with clients, including working on pitch presentations, strategizing, executing, and presenting monthly reports - Seek timely feedback, send proposals, handle negotiations, and focus on up-selling opportunities - Identify growth opportunities and nurture client accounts effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management - Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills - Experience in dealing with digital media publishers - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proactive and self-starter mindset - Strategic thinking ability - Good understanding of digital marketing and user experience - Performance-driven approach Additional Details: The company offers the benefit of working from home for this full-time, permanent position. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Saturday, with the work location being remote. Note: Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.,
