About the Role

Client Services Analyst

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for

    client service requests

    and operational queries
  • Support

    client onboarding

    , account maintenance, and documentation as required
  • Handle

    transaction processing

    and ensure accurate, timely completion
  • Monitor and resolve client queries, escalate issues when necessary
  • Prepare

    MIS, reports, and dashboards

    for management
  • Ensure compliance with

    SOPs, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

  • Adhere to

    SLAs / TATs

    while maintaining high-quality service

Required Skills & Experience

  • 45 years

    experience in

    Client Services / Client Operations / Banking Operations

  • Exposure to

    KYC, transaction processing, account management, and fund operations

  • Proficient in

    MS Excel, MS Office

    ;

    Power BI

    knowledge is a plus
  • Strong

    communication and stakeholder management

    skills

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field
