Key Responsibilities

1. Drive

   systems architectural design

   for scalable, high-performance, end-to-end solutions.
2. Apply design concepts such as

   microservices

   ,

   containerization

   , and

   API integration

   ; hands-on experience with

   AI technologies (e.g., Copilot)

   is a plus.
3. Lead

   requirements refinement

   with business stakeholders.
4. Implement and manage

   end-to-end payment flows

   including

   Real-Time Payments

   ,

   ACH

   , and

   RTGS

   .
5. Ensure compliance with

   Swift mandates

   ,

   ISO 20022 migration

   , and central bank mandates across global clearings (SEPA, CBPR+, HVPS+, CHAPS).
6. Collaborate with senior business managers, enterprise architects, and global functional heads to establish and adopt evolving product development standards.
7. Provide significant input into defining the

   payments product roadmap

   within Enterprise Payments and manage the

   product backlog

   .
8. Prioritize tech debt, regulatory requirements, business enablement, and audit support.
9. Work closely with functional and business leads across the payments lifecycle from inception to clearing.
10. Document

    High-Level Design (HLD)

    and functional requirements using

    SAFe Agile requirement hierarchies

    (deliverable, epic, story).
11. Align execution delivery with product strategy.
12. Foster an inclusive and healthy work environment and resolve organizational impediments/blockers.
