Braze Campaign & Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

• Build, test, and launch time-sensitive Braze campaigns and canvases in close partnership with marketing
• Translate marketing requirements into accurate targeting, messaging logic, and orchestration within Braze
• Support peak-volume periods with rapid turnaround and operational precision

Reusable Components & Self-Service Enablement

• Design and maintain reusable dynamic content blocks to support modular, scalable campaigns
• Collaborate on the transition from Stencil to Crafty, ensuring smooth automation and reduced manual effort
• Contribute to the self-service roadmap by identifying friction points and proposing improvements

Data, Identity & Consent Management

• Ensure customer attributes flowing into Braze via HighTouch are accurately reflected and usable for campaigns
• Manage identity resolution challenges within Braze, including duplicate profile detection and merging
• Operate and maintain the Braze preference center and GDPR workflows, including data deletion requests

Operational Monitoring & Incident Management

• Monitor deliverability, targeting accuracy, and message health post-launch
• Identify and remediate incidents such as incorrect audience targeting or message configuration
• Establish guardrails and quality checks to prevent repeat issues

Collaboration & Ways of Working

• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and Peloton’s technical architects
• Operate within two-week sprint cycles aligned to a shared roadmap
• Provide ongoing input into automation and process improvements

Reporting & Experimentation

• Partner with analytics teams to ensure campaign performance data is correctly captured and available in Looker
• Support A/B testing by configuring experiments and validating data capture in Braze
