Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Act as the single point of contact for all client communication
Understand client hiring requirements and translate them to recruiters
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery and follow-ups
Ensure timely closures of open positions
Handle client onboarding, agreements, and service delivery
Resolve client queries and manage expectations
Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth
Maintain hiring status, feedback, and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Business, or related field
Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing industry
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Client handling and account management experience
Target-oriented and relationship-focused mindset
