CRM Executive & Course Counsellor

Location: IISMA Chandigarh Branch
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM; Sat: 9 AM – 2 PM)

Role Overview

As a CRM Executive & Stock Market Course Counsellor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving student engagement and enrolment by:

• Attending lead calls: Connect with prospective students to learn their needs and explain IISMA’s offerings.
• Lead follow‑up: Proactively follow up via calls, emails, and SMS to nurture leads and schedule campus visits.
• Coordinating office visits: Welcome and guide visitors around our Chandigarh centre.
• Batch assigning & coordination: Allocate students to appropriate course batches and coordinate schedules with trainers.
• Counselling: Advise prospective learners on stock market courses—intraday, positional, F&O, technical analysis, and more.
• CRM data management: Accurately log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain clean CRM records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure smooth enrolment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly attend and document incoming enquiries and follow-up communications.
• Maintain personalised CRM records: update lead profiles, track interactions, set reminders, and ensure no lead slips through
• Arrange and host in-office tours for interested candidates.
• Assign students to suitable course batches based on their needs and availability.
• Provide detailed counselling on course content, duration, fees, and schedule.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations to finalise batch logistics.
• Support marketing with periodic follow‑up reports and lead status updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, counselling, tele-sales, or customer engagement role
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi/Punjabi).
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel.
• Interest in, or basic understanding of, stock market concepts.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with education or training institutes, especially in admissions or counselling.
• Familiarity with stock market domains: technical/fundamental analysis, derivatives, etc.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
