Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience from initial inquiry through continued therapy engagement. You will handle client onboarding, follow-ups, satisfaction tracking, and serve as the liaison between therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients (via calls, WhatsApp, and email).
  • Guide clients through the intake process and recommend suitable therapists based on their needs.
  • Maintain strong, empathetic, and confidential communication with clients throughout their wellness journey.
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and feedback collection.
  • Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve any service-related concerns.
  • Use CRM tools and appointment booking systems to update and manage client records.
  • Assist in managing cancellations, rescheduling, and client retention initiatives.
  • Prepare and share client engagement reports with the leadership team weekly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Empathetic, calm, and professional attitude, especially while dealing with sensitive mental health topics.
  • Prior experience in client handling, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and understanding of client confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer/client service, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Bonus: Knowledge or certification in mental health first aid or basic counseling.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time
  • 6 days/week with flexible hours depending on client appointment needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,782.41 - ₹15,000.00 per month
