Job Description – Client Relationship Manager (Retail & Fixtures Industry)

Location: Gurgaon (Preferred Candidates from Gurgaon)
Experience: 3-5 years in Client Relationship Management, preferably in Retail Fixtures/Furniture Industry

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail fixtures and furniture industry and a strong ability to manage client accounts, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products/services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements in offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and project status.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, meetings, and service delivery to maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Account Management in the retail fixtures/furniture/interior industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of retail store layouts, fixtures, and furniture solutions is a plus.
• Candidates residing in Gurgaon are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
