Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the signage or printing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of signage projects from client briefing to final delivery.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with production teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) .
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and management.
• Ensure quality control before final installation and handover.
• Handle documentation, billing coordination, and project closure reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in signage, printing, or branding industry is mandatory.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor coordination.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
