Job Description

Data Sourcing and Management Source and maintain accurate client and vendor contact details using phone calls, online platforms, and internal referrals. Create and update internal databases for clients, vendors, venues, and financial records across India. Organize structured data templates to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Maintain a vendor experience record (track both good and bad vendors for future decision-making). Follow an Amazon Process Model mindset — clean, systematic information flow and zero error tolerance. Sales Meetings (Client Communication) Call clients regularly to share updates, gather feedback, and build strong, long-term relationships. Send thoughtful, personalized greetings (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) to build rapport. Participate in a daily 5:30 PM CRM review session (30 minutes sit-down) with key stakeholders to align on updates and next steps. Sales Proposals & Coordination Ensure timely billing with close coordination between Accounts and CRM. Bills must be sent to CRM once prepared — CRM is responsible for client communication thereafter. Document every interaction in CRM tools and maintain feedback sheets and call logs. Information passing must be clean and documented — no verbal-only updates. Sales Conversion & Follow-up Ensure on-time collection by managing follow-ups across Sales, Owners, and Accounts roles. Develop and maintain a clear collection follow-up system — structured and owner-verified. Collection should not be assigned to the wrong person ; hiring must align with communication skills and politeness. Follow up constantly but politely — CRM should act as a relationship nurturer, not a pressure agent. CRM is directly responsible for calling the client for payment follow-ups , viewing payments as a function of follow-up consistency . Client Coordination Ensure every communication is logged properly (written/email/CRM entry).CRM has to give all updates to the Client from start to end. It has to be an Amazon Process Model. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
