Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Guide students in identifying suitable study-abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on study options, admission procedures, and entrance exams for universities in the

    Australia, New Zealand, UK

    and other countries.
  • Assist students with the

    end-to-end university application process

    , including documentation, online/paper form submission, and coordination with university admissions teams.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to student and branch inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate with

    branches and associate partners

    to collect pending documents, follow up on application status, and ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams, associates, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and systems; maintain accurate records for all student cases.
  • Participate in

    education fairs, university visits, webinars, and in-house seminars

    to represent the organization and engage with prospective students.
  • Meet individual and team targets; earn incentives through performance-based outcomes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment by taking initiative, adhering to deadlines, and delivering excellent service to students and partners.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Education

    : Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Degrees in Counseling, Education, International Relations, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Experience

    : 13 years of experience in overseas education counseling, student advisory services, or admissions processing. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for counseling may also be considered.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and empathetically to students and parents.
  • Knowledge

    : Familiarity with admission processes for universities in

    Australia, New Zealand

    , &

    UK

    and other popular study destinations.
  • Tech Savvy

    : Comfortable with online applications, CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interpersonal Skills

    : Friendly, approachable, and patient. Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, branches, and international associates.
  • Multitasking & Organization

    : Ability to handle multiple student cases, meet deadlines, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Goal-Oriented

    : Self-motivated with a drive to meet counseling targets and contribute to team success.
  • Availability

    : Willingness to work flexible hours during peak admission seasons and attend education fairs, seminars, and university events.
