Client Partner

As an Associate Client Partner at our company, your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to account growth strategies, and supporting client engagements. You will work closely with senior client partners and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business development. Key Responsibilities: - Support Client Partners in managing client accounts and relationships. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery/recruitment teams. - Assist in identifying new business opportunities and help develop client engagement strategies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Prepare client-facing documents, proposals, reports, and presentations. - Conduct market and industry research to support client needs and strategic planning. - Track client feedback and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
