Overview:

Banking, Retail, Insurance, Communication, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Transportation, Semiconductor

Experience Required:

Experience in IT Staffing Industry is mandatory.

6 - 10 years of relevant experience in pure hunting role.

Should have experience in India based selling to captives, local GCCs.

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and existing relationships.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives effectively.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted market segments.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Quarterly and Yearly sales targets.
• Candidate should come with service mentality mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6 - 10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or a Client Partner.
• Strong understanding of the IT solutions and services, Contractual Staffing business is a must.
