Role Overview: As a Client Partner on the Unity Ads Demand team, you will be managing relationships with gaming advertisers in the INSEA region. Your main responsibility will be to help these advertisers achieve their User Acquisition (UA) marketing goals and optimize their advertising performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers using Unity, IronSource, and Tapjoy/Offerwall solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to enhance campaign performance and meet revenue targets. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity's UA solutions across different platforms, while addressing client needs and campaign challenges proactively. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertiser goals. - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing strategic insights and performance recommendations. - Represent Unity at industry events and client meetings to strengthen relationships and position Unity as a leader in UA and monetization. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with UA/campaign managers platforms, preferably Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, and/or Tapjoy. - Ability to work independently, handle responsibility, and demonstrate familiarity with the INSEA business culture, especially in the mobile apps/games industry. - Proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
