About the Role

Client Onboarding & Relationship Executive

You will work closely with the technical, support, marketing, and business development teams to deliver a seamless client experience and drive retention.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Training

• Guide assigned clients through setup, implementation, and best practices.
• Deliver structured training sessions to help clients adopt PartApp’s features.
• Support clients through their trial period and ensure a smooth transition into active usage.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address gaps proactively.

Client Relationship Management & Retention

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize engagement.
• Convert trial clients into paid customers through effective value demonstration.
• Ensure monthly renewals by maintaining consistent communication and timely support.
• Capture client feedback and share insights to strengthen product experience.

Issue Coordination & Product Support

• Understand client challenges and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product and process owners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client updates, interactions, and lifecycle stages.

Product Knowledge & Collaboration

• Gain deep understanding of PartApp’s features, updates, and user workflows.
• Work closely with marketing and business development teams on client outreach and engagement.
• Share insights and contribute to improving user adoption and onboarding processes.

What You’ll Learn

• Managing onboarding and implementation for a SaaS product.
• Building and retaining customer relationships in a product-led environment.
• Communicating effectively across clients and cross-functional teams.
• Analyzing adoption trends, client usage patterns, and renewal opportunities.

Role Details

• Location:

  Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram (On-site, Work from Office)

• Probation:

  3 months

• Salary During Probation:

  ₹10,000/month

• Post-Confirmation Salary:

  ₹15,000/month

• Incentives:

  Performance-based incentives for client conversion, onboarding, and retention. High performers can earn

  total monthly compensation up to ₹40,000+
