Learn more about our products: Spyne AI Products - StudioAI, RetailAI Series A Announcement - CNBC-TV18, Yourstory Role Overview: Onboarding Manager We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team at Spyne. As the Onboarding Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth transition for our clients from the sales process to product adoption. By fostering strong client relationships, applying creative problem-solving skills, and setting the stage for long-term success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey at Spyne. Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week) Role: Full-time What You'll Do: - Take charge of the complete onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our products. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to facilitate seamless handoff and align expectations. - Develop and uphold onboarding playbooks and best practices to deliver outstanding client experiences. - Cultivate deep client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and address client needs throughout the onboarding phase. - Monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve challenges to keep clients on track. - Utilize data and client feedback to enhance onboarding processes and drive positive customer outcomes. - Conduct onboarding sessions via video calls, chat, and email, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage. - Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer feedback drives product and process enhancements. What We're Looking For: - 3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or client services roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-centric approach. - Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and support platforms such as Freshdesk. - Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handling complex customer scenarios with professionalism. - Willingness to work in US shift timings to support global customers.
