Client Onboarding Manager

You will be joining BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup that specializes in building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands. With a strong presence across 50+ countries and having raised $5.5M+, including investments from key players like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, and Gaurav Munjal, BiteSpeed is focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving growth. As a Customer Success Manager at BiteSpeed, your primary responsibility will be to nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the product. By leveraging customer feedback, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights to the product team for continuous improvement. - Own customer relationships and focus on customer retention, turning them into loyal advocates of BiteSpeed. - Facilitate client onboarding and monitor product adoption among enterprise customers to drive upsells and expansion revenue. - Serve as a trusted product advisor, guiding customers on maximizing the value derived from BiteSpeed. - Manage cross-sells of new products and renewals, driving expansion revenue at an account level. - Develop a scalable playbook for the customer success function to support future growth stages. - Prior experience of at least 1 year in customer success, with a strong technical understanding of the product. - Genuine passion for assisting people from diverse backgrounds and ensuring their success. - Ability to deliver service experiences akin to a Michelin star Italian restaurant.
