Job Description

Role Overview: The role of Client Onboarding Manager involves providing full leadership and supervisory responsibility. You will be responsible for providing operational and service leadership to your team(s) while applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to offer value-added perspectives and advisory services. Your main focus will be on ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for clients. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on account opening and KYC related matters, with a strong emphasis on adherence to FPI Regulations. Your role will also include supervisory responsibilities such as motivating and developing your team through professional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Client Account Officers (CAOs) to ensure a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for clients - Motivate and lead the CAOs to meet overall SLA requirements and enhance client satisfaction levels - Drive positive innovation and change to continuously improve onboarding and account opening processes for clients - Act as an SME for KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, Escrow account openings, DDP process, and other related matters - Manage risk proactively to ensure timely and high-quality processing of requests - Establish and maintain relationships with client executives, Implementations team, DDP team, and other relevant stakeholders - Lead by example in onboarding new client relationships and members, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Provide the highest level of customer service and teamwork to banking teams and internal partners Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in a relevant domain - Demonstrated interest in operations and compliance fields - Strong leadership skills including being positive, inspiring, motivating, communicative, and solutions-oriented - Excellent communicator with keen attention to detail - Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Please note, the company information was not provided in the job description.,
