Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will provide full leadership and supervisory responsibility to a team. Your role will involve offering operational and service leadership, ensuring the volume, quality, and timeliness of end results. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on account opening and KYC-related matters, focusing on adherence to FPI Regulations. Your strong communication and diplomacy skills will be essential in contributing to the development of new techniques and plans within your area of expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Client Account Officers (CAOs) to ensure a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for clients, aiming to exceed their expectations through continuous innovation. - Motivate and guide the CAOs to meet SLAs with clients, enhancing overall client satisfaction levels. - Drive positive innovation and change to improve onboarding processes, including KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, Escrow account openings, and DDP processes. - Act as an SME for various regulatory matters and ensure requests are processed timely and with high quality. - Establish relationships with client executives, Implementations team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes. - Work on client risk profiles, maintain communication with banking team partners, and provide the highest level of customer service and teamwork. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in operations and compliance. - Relevant domain experience in KYC, FATCA, FPI regulations, Escrow account openings, DDP processes, and Renewals of FPI license. - Strong leadership skills with a positive, inspiring, and communicative approach. - Excellent attention to detail, team player, and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
