Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for assigned clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
  
• Coordinate with

  design, marketing, operations, and project teams

  to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Build and maintain

  long-term client relationships

  through regular communication, updates, and feedback sessions.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and offer effective, data-driven solutions.
  
• Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools.
  
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  
• Identify opportunities for

  upselling and cross-selling

  within existing accounts.
• Maintain complete documentation of communications, project updates, and performance reports.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, Communications

  , or related field.

• 25 years

  of relevant experience in

  Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination

  (agency/startup experience preferred).
• Strong

  communication, interpersonal, and relationship management

  skills.
• Proven ability to

  manage multiple projects

  and client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent

  organizational skills

  and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with

  project management tools

  like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Odoo.
• Strong

  problem-solving and time management

  abilities under pressure.
