Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Handling Manager to lead and manage client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services or solutions.
Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, technical) for smooth service execution.
Monitor client account performance and prepare regular reports.
Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients when necessary.
Ensure all client interactions are documented and followed up appropriately.
