Help customers by answering questions via call/WhatsApp. Maintain basic records of calls and customer details. Requirements: Languages: Hindi, Gujarati (Fluent), English (Basic communication) Communication Skills: Good communication and polite customer handling.Clear, confident, and polite phone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, MS Office). Ability to understand customer needs and give clear explanations. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred: Experience in telesales or customer support (not compulsory).
