Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct village surveys and participate in community activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.
Source new customers (onboarding of new members).
Form Joint Liability Groups (group formation and explaining the process in detail).
Perform KYC verification (collecting documents from members).
Submit enrollment/application forms at the center.
Enter customer details into the application/system.
Verify members Credit Bureau (CB) reports and process applications approved based on CB reports.
Provide members with 2 days of training on company processes, policies, and product details.
Explain the roles and responsibilities of Center Leaders and Group Leaders.
Conduct home visits to understand the members’ standard of living.
Disbursement of loans to members.
Monitor loan utilization (conduct regular checks on the usage of loan amounts).
Organize and conduct center meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
Collection responsibility (timely collection of monthly installments as per the schedule).
Portfolio quality management (CROs are required to manage an average of 600 to 800 customers).
Update registers on a daily basis.
Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and policies.
