Responsibilities:

• Generate BID IDs

  – enter details on portal, coordinate with sourcing, verify cost accuracy

• Prepare & update estimates

  and proposals as scope evolves

• Track proposal lifecycle

  – monitor outstanding submissions and follow-ups

• Manage POs & invoicing

  – oversee order tracking and collaborate with finance on payments

• Maintain proposal documentation

  – ensure all commercial files are current and accurate

• Monitor live projects

  – track launch/closure timelines and coordinate with research/CD teams for data/report review slots

What’s next for you

• Review initial data with the research team: summarize headlines and validate hypotheses set during proposal phase.
• Independently draft full proposals from start to finish.

What we’re looking for

• Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written English and communication.
