Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Client Enrolment Specialist at Maa-Si Care Clinic. The Client Enrolment Specialist will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the enrolment process. Daily tasks include answering client inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience. Additional responsibilities include managing client records and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs.

Our flagship program, Confident Mama (3 Months), offers comprehensive postpartum support including:

* Baby food planning (for babies above 6 months)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Closer who will work on warm leads (mothers who inquire via surveys, ads, and organic funnels).


The role involves a combination of call setting and sales closing:


* Setting calls by dialing leads and scheduling 3–4 qualified appointments per day

* Running consultative sales calls with those appointments to enroll mothers into the Confident Mama program


As performance grows and additional team members are hired, this role will expand to include training new sales hires. At that stage, you will primarily focus on sales calls, while continuing to handle some setting calls until new team members are fully trained.


Key Responsibilities


* Dial and follow up with warm leads daily

* Qualify prospects and schedule 3–4 appointments for yourself each day

* Conduct consultative sales calls via Zoom or phone to enroll mothers into the program

* Build rapport with mothers, listen empathetically, and guide them to solutions

* Handle objections with clarity and confidence

* Track daily activities including dials, conversations, appointments, and deals closed

* Consistently meet performance targets


Performance Metrics (KPIs)


Function: Lead Setting


* Daily Dials: 100–150

* Daily Conversations: 15–20 meaningful calls

* Qualified Appointments (self-scheduled): 3–4 per day

* Show-Up Rate: 70%+


Function: Sales Closing


* Sales Calls per Week: 8–10

* Close Rate: 15–18% minimum

* Revenue Closed: Based on enrollments into Confident Mama (₹50,000 each)

* Lead-to-Close %: 5%+


Requirements


* 1–3 years of experience in consultative sales, telesales, or inside sales

* Excellent communication in English and Hindi

* High empathy and ability to connect with mothers on sensitive topics

* Comfortable with Zoom and phone-based selling

* Target-driven and disciplined in daily execution

* Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or education sales is an advantage
