Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referral sources
  • Conduct consultation discovery calls, understand client problems, and explain our services
  • Qualify leads based on need, urgency, and program fit (training will be provided)
  • Build trust through empathetic communication and product/service knowledge
  • Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp for undecided or pending clients
  • Maintain lead data, call logs, and follow-up tracking using CRM or internal tools
  • Work closely with the consultation and operations team for smooth onboarding
  • Meet monthly targets for lead conversions and consultations booked
