Role Mission

The Client Engagement & Outreach Specialist will serve as the cornerstone of our lead-intake ecosystem, orchestrating first-touch interactions and cultivating high-value client engagements. This role demands articulate communication finesse, relationship-building acumen, and a polished approach to Elite clientele management. You will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring every prospective buyer experiences excellence from the very first conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate structured engagement with Elite investor and buyer inquiries through professional outbound and inbound tele-communication.
• Deliver compelling project narratives, showcasing differentiating features, value propositions, and investment benefits with sophistication and clarity.
• Strategically schedule site visits, discovery sessions, and property consultations for the senior advisory team.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management, ensuring accurate documentation, follow-up tracking, sales funnel visibility, and conversion analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors and the Marketing Division to enhance customer conversion probability and optimize lead velocity.
• Represent the organization with integrity, refinement, empathy, and persuasiveness at every touchpoint.

Candidate Persona

• Demonstrates impeccable spoken communication in English & Hindi with refined articulation.
• Possesses persuasive engagement style, disciplined mindset, and strong client empathy.
• Exudes confidence, grace, and a polished service-oriented demeanor.
• Prior real estate / tele-sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
