Our integrated team of real estate consultants and regional experts provide personalized property services based on the specific needs and aspirations of our clients. Our mission is to become the most preferred channel partner in Gurgaon/NCR by delivering the best quality services in the real estate sector. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about available properties, and answering inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, scheduling property visits, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication to convert leads into sales. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally Prefferably from banking sector, Having experience in loan sector knowledge of Loans ( Home loan, Lap , OD etc) Experience in customer service or sales is preferable Basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or equivalent Please mail your cV on Hr@landsandspaces.com and watsapp your cv on 9999783888 Thanks Show more Show less
