Internship Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Engagement Intern to support our Customer Success and Account Management teams. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, B2B account support, and the thriving SaaS industry. You will learn the fundamentals of how we engage, retain, and grow our valued customer accounts, contributing directly to our customer-centric approach. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Support Customer Success Managers and Account Managers with daily client-related tasks. Help draft client communications such as follow-up emails, check-in messages, and status updates. Assist in creating materials and reports for client meetings, QBRs, and business reviews. Ensure client data is accurately maintained and regularly updated in our CRM systems Observe and learn from client meetings, calls, and discussions to understand best practices in relationship management. Assist in compiling key metrics and reports related to client engagement, usage, and satisfaction. Gather and organize client feedback to be shared with internal teams such as product and customer success. Learn about MyOperator’s product suite and understand how businesses use our services. Contribute ideas for improving the customer journey and internal processes related to client support. Who We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications): Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Location: Ability to work from our Noida office. Strong Interest: A genuine passion for account management, customer success, client relations, or B2B sales in the tech/SaaS industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills. Eagerness to Learn: Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized, and keen to learn new skills and concepts. Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications): Previous internship experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer service, marketing) is a plus. Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage. A basic understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or the telecommunications industry. Why Intern at MyOperator?
