We build strong, lasting relationships, acting as trusted advisors and advocates for our customers. Our Account Management functions work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to nurture these relationships and drive growth. Internship Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Account Management Intern to support our Customer Success and Account Management teams. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, B2B account support, and the thriving SaaS industry. You will learn the fundamentals of how we engage, retain, and grow our valued customer accounts, contributing directly to our customer-centric approach. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Support Account Managers: Assist Customer Success Managers and Account Managers with daily operational tasks related to client accounts. Client Communication Assistance: Help draft client communications, such as follow-up emails and updates, under the guidance of senior team members. Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and reports for client meetings, check-ins, and business reviews. CRM & Data Management: Support the team in maintaining accurate client records and updating information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight). Learning & Shadowing: Shadow experienced team members during client interactions (calls, meetings) to learn best practices in communication and relationship building. Basic Reporting: Help track key account metrics and assist in compiling simple reports on customer engagement and satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback to share with the product and customer success teams. Product Knowledge Development: Learn about MyOperator's suite of cloud communication solutions to understand various client use cases and needs. Process Improvement Ideas: Be encouraged to share observations and ideas for improving internal processes and the customer experience. Who We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications): Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Location: Ability to work from our Noida office. Strong Interest: A genuine passion for account management, customer success, client relations, or B2B sales in the tech/SaaS industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills. Eagerness to Learn: Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized, and keen to learn new skills and concepts. Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications): Previous internship experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer service, marketing) is a plus.
