Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Specialist based in Pune. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting market research, managing acquisition programs, and analyzing market trends. They will engage in direct communication with potential clients and implement strategies to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B travel markets

- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to onboard new clients (corporate, leisure, and group travel)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition strategies with brand positioning

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition tactics

Requirements

- Min. 1 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the travel and tourism industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of travel products, services, and customer behavior

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
