Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Pune. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in sales activities. Additional responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, processing booking requests, and coordinating with various service providers to ensure smooth reservation processes.
