Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive located in Gurugram. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts. Daily tasks include handling booking inquiries, processing reservations, addressing customer needs, and working closely with the sales team to maximise bookings and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to room reservations. Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, facilities, promotions, and availability. Process individual and group bookings through the hotel’s reservation system. Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures. Ensure maximum room occupancy and assist in implementing yield management strategies. Follow up with guests for confirmation, advance payments, and special requests. Maintain a professional and courteous approach to all guests and partners. Prepare daily reservation reports and communicate occupancy forecasts to management. Handle travel agent and OTA (Online Travel Agency) reservations as per policy.
