Job Description: Client Acquisition Manager (Investor Onboarding and Lead Generation)

Position Title: Client Acquisition Manager
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Client Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by onboarding investors, generating high-quality leads, and building relationships with potential clients. This position focuses on identifying investment opportunities, pitching company offerings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Onboarding
  • Identify and approach potential investors aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Present and explain the company’s investment opportunities, projects, and returns.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address queries and provide solutions to investor concerns promptly.
  • Lead Generation and Management
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for investor profiles through various channels.
  • Build a database of high-potential prospects and maintain strong follow-up practices.
  • Utilize networking, digital platforms, and events to reach potential investors.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat investments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights to improve client acquisition strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and investor feedback for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in client acquisition, sales, or investor relations.
  • Prior experience in a financial, investment, or real estate firm is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to pitch investment opportunities convincingly.
  • Expertise in lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
  • High-level negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
