Job Description

As a Client Acquisition Manager at our company, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through investor onboarding and lead generation. Your main responsibilities will include identifying investment opportunities, pitching company offerings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for investors. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Investor Onboarding** - Identify and approach potential investors aligned with the company's objectives. - Present and explain investment opportunities, projects, and returns. - Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with policies. - Address investor queries and provide timely solutions. - **Lead Generation and Management** - Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for investor profiles through various channels. - Build a database of high-potential prospects and maintain strong follow-up practices. - Utilize networking, digital platforms, and events to reach potential investors. - **Client Relationship Building** - Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat investments. - Act as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. - **Market Research and Analysis** - Conduct market research to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities. - Provide insights to improve client acquisition strategies based on data-driven analysis. - **Collaboration and Reporting** - Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts. - Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and investor feedback for management review. **Qualifications and Skills:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - **Experience:** - Proven track record of 2-5 years in client acquisition, sales, or investor relations. - Prior experience in a financial, investment, or real estate firm is an advantage. - **Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to pitch investment opportunities convincingly. - Expertise in lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis. - High-level negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. **Key Competencies:** - Strategic thinking and result-oriented approach. - Strong networking abilities and a client-centric mindset. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
