Client Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new clients for

    payroll (C2H)

    and

    full-time staffing

    services.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in IT and consulting firms.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end client acquisition cycle.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Focus on

    SAP client requirements

    and maintain long-term business partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in

    client acquisition / business development

    for IT staffing.
  • Proven track record in

    SAP-based client sourcing

    (C2H & permanent).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive business targets.
