Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BDM Domestic Staffing professional who can generate new clients, manage existing accounts, and work with the delivery team to fulfil staffing requirements across IT and Non-IT roles.

This is strictly staffing/recruitment business development, no product or field sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new clients across India for staffing services.
  • Establish relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and Hiring Managers.
  • Pitch our IT & Non-IT recruitment solutions and onboard clients.

Requirement Handling

  • Collect job descriptions, clarify client expectations, and communicate them to the delivery team.
  • Prioritize openings and ensure timely submissions.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle escalations, negotiate terms, and maintain service quality.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition & revenue generation.
  • Prepare reports, maintain CRM updates, and follow a structured sales pipeline.

Coordination with Recruitment Team

  • Work with internal recruiters to deliver quality profiles.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve sourcing quality.
  • Align recruitment efforts with client needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-8+ years in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment BD.
  • Strong network of HR/TA contacts in India.
  • Proven success in acquiring clients for IT & Non-IT positions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize requirements.
  • Experience in rate negotiation and contract closures.

Nice to Have

Experience in agency recruitment environment.

Ability to upsell multiple service offerings (contract staffing, permanent hiring, C2H).

Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools.
