Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4, GC, and US Citizens, focusing on identifying and placing qualified candidates with our clients across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates from OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen pools.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates from universities and consultants on bench.

Maintain and update candidate database on a regular basis.

Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand hiring needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience as an OPT / US IT Recruiter.

Excellent understanding of the US recruitment process and work authorization types.

Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Role & responsibilities
